I received my pre order copy today and registered it with my existing about an hour ago. Now when i go in, the factions add on is not showing up.

After trying to re-register the key it is now showing up as error 103 - already in use.

Any ideas if i've done something wrong?

You have to contact Anet support on this. http://support.guildwars.com

Any idea how long that will take? I found out that my pre-order key was allready in use...

Now the headstart is useless, could've just bought it in the shop

The pre-order package will not show you as being authorized to play Guild-Wars: Factions. It will only show the bonus items you will get and that you are Authorized to Play GuildWars. Just goto the character creation screen and start working. Mine dosn't show Im authorized either but It does know I have pre-order status. Thats in response to the op, As once the key is entered thats it, there is no re-entering the key, thats why it tells you its in use, because your account now has the pre-order key attatched to it. As far as first time users getting a pre-order key in use error thats one for Support.
